Strategy of Ford modules going to sleep?

I have a 2010 Lincoln MKX that has a .900 ma draw.

Before reading the story I have a friend at a Ford dealership who told me the Instrument cluster commands the Smart Junction Block to go to sleep and commands the 2 bus systems to sleep. I didn't believe it.... Login to read more.
