Yes, the pistons can be removed without splitting the block. There's an access hole behind #4 with a plate and two Phillips screws, and one in front of #2 with a plug that takes a 14mm hex socket (it's under the tensioner bracket). Take those off, turn the cra... Login to read more. ![]()
