Scoped it, and checked the frequency with two DVOMs. Solid five volts. I have seen a few VATS modules go bad, including my own, and they usually pull the five volts flat. Not so this time...5V pulled down to 2.48V, every time, just the frequency was wrong. Eve... Login to read more.
