Re: 78 Chrysler hard starting
Most of the old Mopars that used a ballast resistor had a bypass circuit built into the starter relay. There is a terminal labeled "bal" that supplies battery voltage to the coil side of the ballast resistor while cranking. You might want to check that. Years ... Login to read more. ![]()
