Tee in a vacuum gauge at the vacuum line to the EGR valve. Look for about 3-5" vacuum under mid throttle cruise. The vacuum signal will rise and fall with changes in load, but at 55mph cruise, you should have 3-5" on the gauge. If not, make sure the VSV is ope... Login to read more.
