I have my doubts , too. 2 days ago I found a Prius with an half unlatched on first stage only of pack disconnect ( I think our detail guys bumped it )and although IPC lit up , etc. the ICE would not start. A Honda hybrid will because they still use a 12v start... Login to read more.
