Re: Overrunning alternator clutch pulley
With very little experience in overrunning clutches, I would
say yes. I studied up on them last year, & what I found was
that they go into clutch mode when the engine is cut off, so
it will freewheel somewhat to keep the belt from flying off. ![]()
