0.13 ms would indicate an over fueling injector in cylinder #4. The PCM lowers the pulse width to reduce fuel to that cylinder. Did this reading change before or after the injector was replaced? I do not have specs for this year of Duramax be 0.13 ms seems too... Login to read more.
