Eric, I use a drill driven bush hone in that situation, in case you are wondering, a bush hone is a 8 inch x 3/8 steel shaft (or so) with a hacksaw slot in one end to accommodate a strip of emery tape. A wheel cylinder hone wont cut rust scale and rust scale ... Login to read more.
