This truck is fixed, the noise was coming from the rear cylinder head. I removed the valve cover again and found intake cam was't locked. the vvt pin wasn't locking I rotated the cam and it locked solid. 6 hours later I changed all 4 vvt sprockets and noise is... Login to read more.
