ok update. Vehicle will only set misfire codes at idle. drove vehicle with 2 feet and was able to pass emissions. Also looked at cam crank correlation and it is almost dead on. Im 90 percent sure there is a modified cam. PCM has factory calibrations in it but ... Login to read more.
