I have a problem with 1995 Cadilac 4.6 engine. Vehicle when sits for more than 15 minutes, it cranks for 15 seconds before starting. Scanner shows no codes, fuel pressure in specs. Fuel filter new. When vehicle does start has strong rich oder from exhaust.
