On a fuel injected vehicle I see very little. IAC∕IAB/Throttle valve is somewhat open anticipating start. Fuel is injected close to the intake ports or in the cylinder, so no need for "vacuum" to draw the fuel in. Carburetted/TBI'ed maybe 3 - 5 in Hg. Login to read more.
