Re: Machining cylinder heads
Machining the heads puts the cam closer to the crank. Since the chain links stay the same length, with the crank at TDC the cam sprocket ends up rotated slightly. On an engine with cam sprockets that are not keyed to the cam this is avoided, everything is set ... Login to read more. ![]()
