I have replaced worn differential bearings many, many times, and always reused the gears when there was nothing wrong with them. THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS are clean everything, don't use Chinese bearings and races, and REUSE ALL THE EXISTING SHIMS in their cur... Login to read more.
