To all the Subaru experts out there, customer is trying to put an engine in a 2000 Forester, 2.5L and has supplied us with a 2.2l from a 1999 Legacy Outback. Question is, will this work? Have had several folks in town tell me "Absolutely", but it is apparent the intake manifold must be swapped. $60,000 question is does a 2.5l manifold fit a 2.2l block?
