Looks like there are only two power feeds to the cluster, B+ supplied by fuse 43 or 46 IPC and key on power supplied by fuse 45 or 48 aux hvac-ign, both in the under hood fuse block. Is anything else inop? have you done a lamp and gauge functional test?
