This is a good rule of thumb; WOT, if 02s lean, running out of fuel, 02s rich, restricted exhaust. Had a Toyota come in yesterday from another shop, they had replaced the front cats and still had low power, graphed the 02s and the went rich when engine started... Login to read more.
