Ed, It has to be a Smart dealer, not just any MB dealer. For example, I used to work at MB dealer in San Jose, which sells Smart too, I could then do it. Now, I work at Fremont MB dealer, not an authorized Smart dealer, our SDS can't work on smart, neither has... Login to read more.
