Most 4wd's dont seem to have an issue shifting from 2 high to 4 high and vice versa moving as long as you finesse it a bit, but high to low range moving is a bad idea. Sounds like the kid that mangled Geoff's project most likely broke a range fork. I'd pull it... Login to read more.
