If I have a broken exhaust bolt/stud broken off flush at the head, I get out the mig welder and weld a washer to the remainder of the stud/bolt and then weld a nut to the washer. Usually the heat and nut they will come out with ease. Sometimes I have to repeat... Login to read more.
