I found a way to "handshake" a used PCM on Toyota on Google. You just jump 2 pins at the DLC and turn the key on for 30 minutes. Leave a trickle charger on low while it does it and you should be fine. Look it up and you will find it bud. Sorry I don't have the... Login to read more.
