Add a ground from engine to battery neg. with a set of booster cables. If that fixes it, add a cable from starter bolt, and run up to batt. Have done quite a few of these on trucks, and Wranglers so far. If not you'll probably find the TIPM is bad.....changed ... Login to read more.
