I have an 89 4 liter Jeep Cherokee with problems. On a warm restart it goes into closed loop after 10-20 seconds, and then goes into open loop and stays there. ECT 186 Degrees, O2 sensor voltage 4.85(lean), idle CO 1.10%, 2500 RPM CO 1.7%.
