Gary....take a bolt 6 or 8 inches long and "mini-doctor" a hex head that's placed with that stuck nut on the first inch (at the other end)....while holding it by the LAST inch(way down at the other end)....a good 6 inches away(and thru a bracket that it's hold... Login to read more.
