Hi Terry, I have uncounted that same problem, I can tell you of a way to remove both gaskets in 10 min. lightly clamp a covers in a large vice oily side up or lock it to a bench with a g clamp, get a propane torch and apply heat to the V/C rail and slowly work... Login to read more.
