If a 2008 Silverado, 4 door (suicide rear doors) has Power Door Locks....should the lock on the tailgate have an actuator too?

Makes no sense to have a lock to begin with, on a P/U, but never the less, it IS there, so I wonder if it should have an actuator a... Login to read more.
