This is frustrating....The voltage in the scan tool is 15.9 volts.(is it possible that pcm or scanner "cap" at 15.9 volts?)..meter at battery terminals is 18+ while running...they match at 12.7 while koeo.....i voltage dropped batt to alt large term and pin a.... Login to read more.
