That FIX for a Malibu = 'slow blow' fuse

There was a fix posted today;

on a 2012 Malibu replacing the 30 A fuse for the starter relay with "slow blow" 30A fuse.

Is this legit? I have never heard of any special fuses like that except in my Fluke, and the GM factory diagram just say... Login to read more.
