Been burned by that philosophy. Scope reveals what the deal is. Replaced a thousand GM pumps myself, had ONE come back for an intermittent ground issue. Scope caught it. A decent Fluke 88 or equivalent (is there one?) would catch it too, but I like to SEE what... Login to read more.
