Haven't had a chance to look into this, but what about the CCD pins 3 and 11at the DLC? Working on an 02 RAM van with random no start, get no bus message on odometer, CCD BUS is down( bad pcm). While it does run, can disconnect ipc and vehicle starts and runs.... Login to read more.
