You can build a pinion holding tool cheap, its kind of crude but it works much better than trying to use an impact wrench to compress a sleeve. Just take a piece of heavy gauge 1.5 inch tubing, use a die grinder or torch cut two slots in it. Get a piece of 3/8... Login to read more. ![]()
