Hi Michael,

I have been rebuilding calipers and wheel cylinders over 45 years for vehicles which often see little use.

For the last 30 I have been using 3M 8946 Silicon Paste.

I fill the external boots with this paste so that it extrudes out on assembly.... Login to read more.
