abs light always on no communication

Hi folks.

Pull out shorting bar and jump pins tc and e1 .Abs light stays on cant pull any codes . Per Toyota Disconnect shorting bar is light still on . Check for short in harness and connector between warning light and data link [...] and ecu .I beli... Login to read more.
