To my understanding, the WSS will usually read 3 mph stopped on a factory scan tool, this is due to the passive ac WSS sensors being inaccurate at speeds slower than that, the newer WSS that are active type-switching will read accurately to 0 mph. If your dtc ... Login to read more.
