Honda V6 gets New components and Tensioner Everytime. Aisin or Genuine. Mitsuboshi Belts. Honda 4Cyl gets all seals plus above everytime.

Toyota all components - And all Seals Period. Tensioner only at 200K unless its in the Aisin Kit.
