Re: TBI pulsing with engine off and key on?
It would depend on how quickly they're pulsing. If they're
pulsing as quick as they would when it was idling, it may be
getting an RPM input. If they're pulsing as if in a start
mode, it may think the key is being held over to the crank
position.
