battery drain 2009 GMC Yukon

I have a 2009 Yukon that has a 200 milli amp drain.

I have traced the issue to one or two circuits.

I am using a PICO low amp probe at the Bcm and found 100 miliamp current on fuse #15

I have a 150 mili amp current on fuse# 17 labeled IS Lamp fuse.
