I'd reread what Albin and Jordan put up. If you're sure fuel quality is not an issue I'd be inclined to think there is a problem with the HPP. But, on that vehicle the front tank is 27 gallons and the rear is 23 gallons. 8% would put it at 4 gallons ... Login to read more.
