Ford 7.5 W/Pump bolts Frozen?

I have this 92 Econ with frozen bolts for t/cover and water pump. Applied some heat and PB blaster and some came lose. 161,000 mi and first pump. Any suggestions other than dynamite. TIA Login to read more.
