I'm sure I'm out of touch with this, but for programming, we just use our battery booster cart. Two 12 volt batteries connected in parallel. Clean power source, plenty of amperage. Voltage stays around 12.6 to 12.8. Never had a problem so far. Do some vehicle... Login to read more.
