I do A LOT of aircraft wiring. Nothing is soldered. Splices are all butt connecters. If you can't use a butt connecter, you run a new wire. With the exception of terminals like cannon plugs, BNC, TNC, and the like, all of which have some kind of vibration isol... Login to read more. ![]()
