Re: Can ABS malfunction with code C0550 cause brake failure?
If it was JUST the AMBER ABS light on, most manufacturers go
into a "fail soft" strategy where because the ABS has
detected a problem, it can not be sure to be able to operate
in a proper ABS fashion. It therefore will not even try to
activate the ABS.
