I'd say the voltage problem is pretty easy. I'd guess you have your probe type set to 10X, but you are using a 1X probe. Press the VOLTS/DIV MENU button, then look on the bottom far right of the screen. Make sure your probe setting agrees with the ty... Login to read more.
