They both use R150 transmissions, the 3.4L has a bellhousing and pilot shaft about 2 inches longer than the 3.0. The flywheels and clutches were different though...and they're interchangeable. The 3.0 used a 9 1/4" disc, the 3.4L used a 9 7/8... Login to read more.
