Thanks for your reply. Yes the relay is grounded by TIPM on a 12V signal fpm PCM, not at all how it is documented. On this one the TIPM does respond to the 12V on T15 like you saw, also I can actuate relay command with scanner, but it will not switch it down f... Login to read more.
