Here's a new wrinkle -

I just went out and tried PATS access, network test and BCM and PCM PMI these combinations:

1) Old PCM and old BCM. - PCM and BCM pass network test. Both pass PMI and no PATS access (says "voltage too low"). 2) Old PCM and new BCM. -... Login to read more.
