I would say if you have Chrysler tooling (DRB III plus StarScan / Starmobile), you can do just about everything through 2009. That's about when Chrysler / Daimler got divorced and Chrysler was booted out of the Sprinter business. Don't know if the WiTech setup... Login to read more.
