Ford has a similar bulletin on the Tuarus/Sable line. We've run into it a few times. Usually the quickest way to verify it is just a quick check of fuel pump amp draw. Usually when this is the problem I've seen very low amp draw (under 3.5 amps). H... Login to read more.
