Hi Randy,

From what you describe, it sounds like the TPS is not connected. The PCM will go into decel fuel cut at about that rpm if it still sees idle in the TPS. Was the TPS removed? They can be re-installed with the prongs on the wrong side of the TPS arm.... Login to read more.
